EXPIRATION INFO

Class Packages or Individual Classes (e.g. 5 classes): 1 year expiration on class packs...though we hope you use them within a year! This includes gifts.

Unlimited Monthly Packages: expire on the last day of that series (e.g. day 30, day 90, day 120, etc activation date.

policies

RESERVATION POLICY

We recommend that you reserve online in advance. In order to reserve online, a positive account is required (note, classes can be purchased online). If you are put on the waitlist, you will be notified via email if you are put into the class. You may call the studio prior to the start of class to check your waitlist status.

CANCELATION POLICY

Please make your very best effort to cancel online or by phone up to 2 hours before the start of class. If you do not cancel, you may be charged for class (NOTE: clients with unlimited packages will lose 1 day for each no-show). We enforce this policy in hopes that you will remember to give a waitlisted client a chance to take your spot.

WAITLIST INFORMATION

Spaces often open up due to unpredictable schedules. If the class you wish to attend is full you may add yourself to the waitlist. As soon as a spot opens up in class, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically bumped into class and an email notification will be sent out.

If you get bumped into class within (1 hour) of class, you receive an email notification and if time permits, we will try to call you. If you receive the email notification, try to call and let us know whether or not you will be able to attend so we don't give your spot away. If you are not sure if you are off the waitlist, please call us.

If you get into class from the waitlist and are already scheduled for another class, please cancel your reservation for your other class on line or by calling so someone else can attend.

Classroom Etiquette

There are a lot of new faces in our studios these days, so we would like to remind everyone of our studio rules in order to assure a safe environment and have the most positive experience possible.

Latecomers

All new students must fill out a client profile form so it’s best to arrive 10 minutes early. Your warm up is important, so please be on time and courteous when entering the class late.

Socks/ Dress Code

Please do not enter studio without socks on. Wear pants below the knee and please no midriffs exposed.

Cell phones / Purses

No cell phones are allowed in the exercise area. Please remove your shoes before entering studio. Please turn your phones off before going into class and place your purses in the back-room. Our boutique is a small area...please kindly use your cell phone outside.

Gum / Water

No gum/ water bottles only, no sports drinks.

Children

We do not offer day care, and cannot accommodate or be responsible for your children. Even though we love kids, please do not bring kids to the studio.

Leaving early

If you must leave class early, please do so before or during back-dancing and NOT during the final stretch/cool down. This is a time for students to relax and calm down without distractions of others leaving around them. Please be courteous to those who would like to finish the entire class.
